We bill in USD via Dodo Payments. You see your local currency on every screen — AED, SAR, KWD, BHD, QAR, OMR — and the USD equivalent in small print. The actual charge is in USD.
How do I upgrade from Free?▼
From the Billing page in your dashboard — pick Growth or Business, enter payment details, and your limits expand immediately.
Are invoices VAT-compliant?▼
Yes. Sequential per-business invoice numbers, seller TRN, optional buyer TRN, VAT-line breakdown, English + Arabic layout. Covers UAE FTA, Saudi ZATCA, Bahrain NBR, Oman OTA formats.
Do you support Saudi ZATCA Phase 2?▼
Not yet — planned as a Business add-on once we have paying ZATCA customers asking for it. The invoice fields we capture are everything ZATCA Phase 2 needs on top.
What counts as a "van"?▼
A van is a load-stock session — inventory loaded onto a vehicle for a sales run. One active van per agent. Free plan supports 1 van, Growth supports 5, Business supports unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes, self-serve from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
