Privacy Policy

Traxales ("we", "us") provides a software service for van sales operations. We are headquartered in the GCC region.

• Account information: business name, country, currency, owner email — collected when you create a business.
• Operational data you enter: products, customers, sales transactions, payments, inventory movements, day-close records.
• Telemetry: anonymous page-view counts and error traces. We do not sell or share telemetry.
• Payment data: handled by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card number.

• To provide the service you signed up for.
• To send transactional emails (invites, trial reminders, receipts).
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
• Dodo Payments — processes subscription payments.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

We never sell your data. We share with the sub-processors above only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

• Export your business's data anytime from the Settings page.
• Delete your business from the Settings page (30-day soft-delete).
• Contact us if you want to access or correct specific records.

Data is stored in Supabase's nearest available region. Backups are encrypted at rest.
