Terms of Service

By creating a Traxales account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Traxales provides a SaaS van sales platform. We give you access to the software during the period of your subscription (or free trial). We do not own or claim any rights to the data you enter into the service — it stays yours.

• Plans: Free, Starter ($9 USD/month), Pro ($25 USD/month). Prices shown in your local currency are approximations of the USD charge.
• 14-day Pro trial on every new business, no card required.
• After the trial, you drop to the Free plan unless you subscribe to Starter or Pro.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from the Billing page. No refunds for partial periods.

• Don't use Traxales to facilitate illegal activity.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse the sync APIs.
• Don't impersonate another business or person.

• Compliance with local tax law, e-invoicing mandates, and any other regulatory requirement is your responsibility. We provide VAT-compliant invoice templates, but you must verify they meet your specific obligations.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Offline operation in the agent app means short outages don't stop you from selling — sync resumes when the service is reachable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxales is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice. On termination you can export your data within 30 days.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in the dashboard.
